Check-In and Check-Out Times
- Check-In: From 2:00 PM.
- Check-Out: Until 11:00 AM.
- Early check-in or late Check-Out: Subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.
Guarantee and Payment Methods
Guarantee: All reservations require a deposit equivalent to the first night for each room and a valid credit card.
Payments: We accept cash (Cordobas/Dollars) and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard) or national bank transfers. Prices include 15% VAT.
Cancellations
Cancellation of direct bookings:
- The deposit for the first night will be retained.
- Changes to the hotel reservation can be made but depending on availability.
- If any changes to dates can be done, the price for the new dates applies.
- If the new dates are not available, Paraiso cannot make refunds or date changes.
Flight/Stay packages:
- Flight tickets will be issued in the name of a specific person.
- Tickets or purchased packages are NOT transferable, endorsable, or refundable.
- Changes and Cancellations: Terms and conditions apply according to the airline policies (La Costeña).
Hotel Rules (House Rules)
- Pets (Pet-Friendly): A cleaning fee of $5 USD per pet per night applies. The owner is responsible for any damage and for keeping pets on a leash.
- Smoke-Free Environment: Smoking is prohibited inside the cabins. Violation will result in a deep cleaning fee.
- Security: The hotel is not responsible for valuables not stored in the room safes or at the front desk.
Liability
- External Activities: The hotel acts as a facilitator for tours and diving. We are not responsible for incidents involving services provided by third parties.
- Jurisdiction: Any legal dispute will be governed by the laws of the Republic of Nicaragua.
